The specs include a 1.6GHz Atom processor, 1GB of memory, Windows XP Home, a 120GB HDD, and a 3 cell battery. All this will be available for $399 which makes for a fairly competitive offering (though the 8.9 inch Acer Aspire One is still cheaper).
